Best practice Projekte für Erneuerbare Energieanlagen in Entwicklungsländern
Nicht immer ist es einfach, Erneuerbare Energieprojekte in ländlichen, isolierten Gebieten ohne Zugang zum öffentlichen Netz umzusetzen. Häufig scheitern diese Projekte aus den unterschiedlichsten Gründen. Unangepasste Technologien, Wartungsmängel und fehlendes Wissen der Nutzer sind wohl die häufigsten Ursachen. Wie aber sieht ein erfolgreiches Projekt aus?
Dieser Frage ging der Landesverband Thüringen der DGS e.V. im Rahmen der Energy-for-Life Kampagne nach. Von 2009 bis 2012 trugen wir mit den Partnern in den Ländern Bolivien, Brasilien, Kambodscha, Laos und Tansania mehr als 14000 Projekte zusammen und speisten diese in eine Online-Projektkarte ein. Zusätzlich erstellten wir Länderprofile und identifizierten durch einen Award über 20 Best Practice Projekte. Diese dienten als Grundlage für das Handbuch „Guidelines for renewable energy best practices“. Beides, die Best practice-Projekte sowie das Handbuch sollen als Orientierung für die Projektentwicklung und –durchführung dienen. Die deutsche Fassung der Broschüre können Sie beim Landesverband Thüringen der DGS erfragen.
Angeregt durch die Energy-for-Life Kampagne entwickelten wir einen Weiterbildungskurs zu Photovoltaik-Inselanlagen in der DGS SolarSchule Thüringen. Dieser Kurs richtet sich an alle, die ein Projekt, das den Bau einer Photovoltaik-Inselanlagen beinhaltet, planen oder betreuen, aber über keine oder nur geringe Vorkenntnisse verfügen. In diesem Jahr wird der Kurs vom 12. bis 15. Juni in Weimar stattfinden.
Weiterbildungskurs: Photovoltaik-Inselanlagen in Entwicklungsländern 12. bis 15. Juni 2013
Das Seminar "Solar(fach)berater Photovoltaik-Inselanlagen" richtet sich an alle, die autarke Photovoltaikprojekte in Entwicklungsländern betreuen oder im Rahmen von Projekten der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit mit diesem Thema konfrontiert werden. Es ist kein Vorwissen notwendig.
Schwerpunkte sind die Grundlagen der Photovoltaik; die einzelnen Komponenten eines entsprechenden Systems; die Planung und Auslegung von PV-Inselanlagen in Entwicklungsländern; geeignete Konzepte für Entwicklungsländer; Betrieb und Wartung sowie Angebotsbewertung.
Dauer: 3 Tage (24 Unterrichtseinheiten)
